Silver Support Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM CST (Excluding holidays). Unlimited email and web-based ticket support with a 3 business day response time (guaranteed). Phone support scheduled within 3 business days of request. 10 hours to use on phone support, open source feature enhancement, or remote support.
Gold Support Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM CST (Excluding holidays). Unlimited email and web-based ticket support with a 2 business day response time (guaranteed). Phone support scheduled within 2 business days of request. 25 hours to use on phone support, open source feature enhancement, or remote support.
Platinum Support 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Unlimited Email and web-based ticket support with a 24 hour response time (guaranteed). Phone support scheduled within 24 hours of request. 50 hours to use on phone support, open source feature enhancement, or remote support.
